 If APC and PDP Zone The presidency To The South-East, Chances Are Higher That PDP will Win- Senator Ayo Arise

 According to a report by Vanguard, a Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Ayo Arise has said that the ruling party cannot afford to zone its presidential ticket to the Southeast if they want to remained in power. He said if both PDP and APC zone their presidency to the Southeast, the chances are higher that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), would defeat APC becaus bye the Southeast is not a strong base for APC, while the major opposition party has a strong base in the Southeast and most of their candidates are from the zone. 

He also noted that one of the reasons why APC hiked the price of their presidential nomination form was to deterred some of the party members who wanted to sponsored multiple presidential aspirants in the party, and later instruct them to step down at the dying minute.He further added that the Governor of Ekiti State and APC presidential aspirant 

 Kayode Fayemi is the best Southwest candidates among all the candidates who has declared their candidacy from the region. He said the Southwest region would lose out on the presidency without Fayemi's candidacy. He said Fayemi has served in federal and state positions, and also at the top executive management level, and he has the capacities and experiences needed to be the president.
